Anna Kertyczak

Special Programs Coordinator

I am responsible for the concept and delivery of projects and events devoted to media literacy, cyber security and technologies, so various “special” projects (as opposed to Fulbright grants). If there is a call for applications open to one of these – you’ll find a sub-page about it with my contact information. Additionally, I support events designed for grantees and alumni, so you can meet me there too.

I graduated from the University of Warsaw (MA in Ukrainian language and literature as well as Specialized eastern studies). I rarely use the theoretical knowledge obtained there; I prefer the practical skills acquired during my last couple of years at Fulbright Poland and a long-term cooperation with Education for Democracy Foundation, where I worked as a coordinator of educational projects, grant programs and a trainer, as well as served as a Board member. In my professional career I also worked as a Ukrainian interpreter. I am a member of 2 associations and I support several civil society organizations.

After work I love to ride my bicycle – or go for a good swim before work 🙂
