The Leadership Academy for Poland, organized under the auspices of the Center for Leadership, is one of the top-rated leadership development programs in Europe. It is delivered in cooperation with world-renowned educators from leading institutions, including Harvard University.

The program is intended for individuals with significant management experience who are seeking new opportunities for personal growth and a greater positive impact on their communities. Each year, the Academy selects 40 outstanding individuals from diverse sectors – including business, non-profit, startups, culture, media, education, public administration, and sport. Typically, more than 15 candidates compete for each available spot.
LAP is a comprehensive, five-month, practice-oriented educational program. Participants gain lifelong Alumni Status and benefit from the ongoing support of the Academy’s active Alumni Network. As an Official Nominating Partner, we proudly support the Academy by recommending exceptional candidates.
