I coordinate the Graduate Student Award, Junior Research Award and BioLAB Program. I am responsible for promotion, recruitment and administrative processes. I am involved in the development and organization of mentoring programs run by the Commission. 

Every day I talk and meet with applicants as well as Fulbrighters – it allows me to meet amazing people. Recently, I have been running the Fulbright Talks podcast, to which I invite alumni of the Fulbright Program – I listen, talk and get inspired. I try to implement the assumptions of nonviolent communication because I believe that empathy will save us.

Outside of work, I love reading thrillers, especially psychological ones, walking, yogging and spending time with my three cats. I try to live in accordance with my values, develop myself, but also look for a place and time to rest.
