Who I am:
I am a PhD student at the Institute of Biochemistry and Biophysics of the Polish Academy of Sciences. My current research focuses on meiosis and the non-coding RNA pathway. I’ve wanted to work in a lab since I was a child, so now I’m really crazy about science. I love spending time in the lab because every day brings new discoveries!
When I’m not working, I’m traveling. My dream is to visit every country at least once.
My BioLAB work in the lab focuses on:
My BioLAB work in the lab focuses on investigating chromosome movements in meiotic prophase. I will monitor these movements in the mouse ovary using fluorescence imaging and motion analysis to understand patterns of behavior in this process.
I decided to apply for a BioLAB program because:
I decided to apply for a BioLAB program because my friend talked me into it ;). Besides, I always wanted to see what life is like in the USA.
After completing my BioLAB Program I would like to:
After completing my BioLAB Program, of course I would like to defend my doctoral thesis :). Later, I would like to continue working in science to discover new things that will contribute to the development of medicine.
