Who I am:
I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in biotechnology with a specialization in molecular biotechnology at the Faculty of Biology, University of Warsaw. I am fascinated about science and from the beginning of my student’s career I did pretty diverse things to find fields in science that interest me the most – I was involved in the project that were more focused on ecology, microbiology, mRNA vaccine, translation in mammalian cells and I am still astonished to see how much biology can offer to me.
My BioLAB work in the lab focuses on:
During the BioLAB programme I will join the Dr Stephanie Redemann group where I will study the non-canonical WNT signaling in Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. To do that I will use the C. elegans as a model.
I decided to apply for a BioLAB program because:
the program is a great opportunity for professional development combined with challenges I am eager to undertake. Furthermore, it offers a unique platform for the exchange of expertise with fellow researchers.
After completing my stay on BioLAB Program I would like to:
advance my scientific journey through the pursuit of PhD studies. I am sure that participation in the program will equip me with the essential skills necessary to prepare for the next stage of my career.
