Who I am:
I’m a 25-year-old microbiology student. At the outset of my journey at the University of Lodz, I wasn’t entirely sure if it was the right path for me or if I would truly enjoy it. However, as time went on, I discovered a genuine passion and fascination for the subject. Delving into the realms of immunology and microbiology not only piqued my curiosity but also opened doors to the captivating world of science. Each day presents new discoveries and challenges that fuel my desire to learn and explore.
In my free time i like to read books and learn how to crochet.
My BioLAB work in the lab focuses on:
In my BioLAB project, I’m researching placenta-specific fusion RNA’s role in trophoblast cells, exploring its significance in normal physiology and its activation in cancer. I aim to uncover why this fusion RNA is uniquely expressed in the placenta and how its dysregulation contributes to cancer development, with the hope of identifying potential therapeutic targets.
I decided to apply for a BioLAB program because:
I decided to apply for a BioLAB Program because i wanted to dive deeper into the world of science, push beyond my comfort zone, and expand my knowledge. The prospect of gaining unique laboratory experience in a foreign country is incredibly enticing, offering opportunities to acquire new skills and techniques.
After completing my BioLAB Program I would like to:
After completing my BioLAB Program I would love to see how I will develop and look for new opportunities.
