The application process to the Leadership Academy for Poland 2022 is open! The Academy under the wings of the Center for Leadership, is one of the best-rated leadership development programs in Europe, implemented in cooperation with educators from the best educational institutions in the world – including Harvard University. We are the nominating partner and we have the right to recommend chosen participants.

The program is open to people who already have wide management experience, and are still looking for opportunities for growth and support to positively impact their environment. Each year, the Academy brings together 40 outstanding people from various backgrounds and sectors: business, non-profit, startups, culture, media, education, public administration, and sport.
LAP is a comprehensive 4-month practical educational program with a life-long Alumni Status and active support within the Alumni Network. As the Academy’s Official Nominating Partner, we support its operation by recommending the best candidates.
