Dorota Dabrowski-Winterscheid joins Fulbright Poland Board

Chargé d’Affaires a.i. of the United States in Poland, Daniel Lawton, appointed Dorota Dąbrowski-Winterscheid to the Polish-U.S. Fulbright Commission Board as of May 31, 2025.

Dorota Dabrowski-Winterscheid is Senior Director, Strategic Relations at CEC Group public affairs advisory where she helps clients meet their strategic communications goals.

She previously spent almost 20 years as the Managing Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Poland where she represented the interests of American investors in Poland, focusing on activities to improve the business climate in Poland and fostering a positive relationship with local and national governments. Under her leadership, the Chamber grew by over 100 members, and developed a league of active working groups and flagship events like the “AmCham Diner”. At the start of her career, Mrs. Dabrowski-Winterscheid worked as an accountant at PwC and Shell, was a journalist at the Warsaw Business Journal, and was Branch Manager at Cargo Partner freight forwarding company.

She graduated from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin in 1992 with a BA in Economics and Slavic Studies. She earned her MBA from the University of Calgary at the Warsaw School of Economics. She is a native of Texas but has called Poland home since 1992.

Dorota Dąbrowski-Winterscheid succeeded Dorothy Hansberry-Bieguńska, whose second term ended at the end of May. We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank Dorothy for six years of fruitful cooperation.
