Fulbright Advanced Research Awards (SENIORS – postdoctoral category): Awards are addressed to Polish citizens with an on-going appointment at an institution of higher education or a research institution in Poland who plan advanced research in the U.S. An applicant must have a doctoral degree (or, in the case of an applicant from a school of film, fine arts, music, or theater, the equivalent in professional training or experience). Scholarships are from 6 to 12 months. Candidates are selected approximately 8 months before the grants begin. Application deadline: June

Fulbright Advanced Research Awards (JUNIORS – predoctoral category): Awards are offered to Polish citizens who plan advanced research in the U.S. At the time of application, applicants must hold the M.A./M.Sc./M.D. degree and must be doctoral candidates employed at an institution of higher education or a research institution in Poland. Scholarships are from 6 to 12 months. Application is made to the Commission in Warsaw. Candidates are selected approximately 8 months before the grants begin. Application deadline: June
