The Program offers a year of study at U.S. universities for Polish policy makers, planners, administrators, and managers who have a public service orientation, are committed to the country's development and have demonstrated leadership potential. Professional internships are an integral part of the program. Applicants must be citizens and residents of Poland at the time of application. Applicants must have a university degree and at least 5 years of substantial and progressive professional experience and a record of superior performance.
