Requests will be accepted and academic experts will be recruited for the following fields (Please note that Fulbright Senior Specialists will principally come from academic backgrounds. Participating professionals will generally be limited to the fields of art., journalism and law):

Costs for the Fulbright Senior Specialist program will be shared by the U.S. Department of State (international travel and a daily honorarium) and the host institution (per diem: lodging, meals, and in-country travel). In cases where a host institution is unable to cover its full share of program costs, the Fulbright Commission may use its own funds to complete the cost-share with the Department of State.
